15: This is actually a well-known American folklore story that usually involves a couple going on vacation to Mexico, where they encounter a friendly stray dog. They adopt him and take him home to their son. When the dog begins foaming at the mouth and acting strange, they take it to the vet, where the vet reveals that it was a sewer rat and not a Mexican Hairless, like the couple thought. FREAKY, but not true.
